All health insurance plans issued in the state of Hawaii are required by state law to provide at least 24 outpatient mental health visits per year.  While copayments vary from plan to plan, services will most likely be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. While insurance coverage varies, most plans in Hawaii do not require a referral from your physician.  Some plans do require a pre-approval process to be followed before payment is authorized.  Please check your coverage.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
